A civil lawsuit was brought against C.L. by the Town of Gilbert. The Town of Gilbert alleged Negligence by C.L. for allowing the driver of a vehicle to drive when C.L. knew or should have known that the driver was not competent to drive. C.L. denied the allegations and defense proved his innocence prior to a trial. The case was dismissed.
