After a jury trial Mr. A.A. was found not guilty of one of the counts of Aggravated Assault and the jury was hung on the remaining counts. A second jury trial was conducted on the remaining counts and the jury found Mr. A.A. guilty of the Conspiracy to Commit Possession of Marijuana For Sale and the jury was hung on the remaining counts.
A favorable plea offer was negotiated prior to the third trial.
