Ms. A.F. was charged with possession of methamphetamine after officers found a small clear baggie of Methamphetamine in a larger black hand bag in the backyard of her residence.  Along with methamphetamine, the black hand bag also contained an Arizona Drivers License with the picture and name of Ms. A.F.   In trial Defense counsel argued that the State could not prove the case beyond a reasonable doubt because the officer failed to submit the evidence for DNA and fingerprint testing.  The jury found Ms. A.F. not guilty
