Attorney Chris Flores took this case to trial Pro Bono.
Ms. E.H. was part of a large group of community activists conducting an organized protest at the Arizona State House of Representatives. The group was being forced out of the building and numerous activists were arrested for Trespassing. Video was captured by the local news media and used in trial by the defense to show that Ms. E.H. was not directly told to leave but randomly arrested and charged. The case was tried to the Court and Ms. E.H. was found not guilty.
